"We had sticker shock from our rate spike with our previous agency, so we shopped around for a better deal. State Farm was able to save us a lot of money after these Helene spikes! Dev Sethi in particular, was so attentive to our requests for a better rate and answered multiple in-depth questions we had. Whenever he had to go seek additional information to close out a question, he always had prompt and professional follow up and helped us feel confident about the coverage and plans available. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to help us ensure we understood the coverage and options. He made great recommendations and even walked me through what to expect for the underwriting process.
